This page reflects the current RapidBizz data-handling framework and should receive final legal review before production launch.
Information we may collect
Name, email, phone number, company name, messages, uploaded files, project details and communication data submitted through website forms, enquiries, support requests and account interactions.
Analytics & cookies
Google Analytics may be used for usage and performance, Google Search Console for search visibility, Meta Pixel or similar tools for advertising measurement, plus functional, analytics and marketing cookies where applicable.
Third-party processors
RapidBizz may use providers for hosting, email, payments, CRM, analytics, APIs, cloud infrastructure, communication, automation and advertising. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, support security and fraud prevention and meet legal/accounting requirements.
