Website project payments
50% advance is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due before final launch, handover or release of source files.
Revisions
Revision limits and inclusions are defined in the approved quotation or project scope.
Ownership
Final website ownership and source files transfer after full payment has been received.
Third-party costs
Domains, plugins, APIs, ad spend, hosting, licenses, premium software and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
Late payments
RapidBizz may pause work, hosting, support, deployment or delivery if payments become overdue. Final files, credentials or deployment may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.
Client-caused delays
Timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials, media and other inputs. Delivery dates may be adjusted when client inputs are delayed.
