Projects are connected to the relevant service so visitors can see real examples before starting a conversation.

Commerce architecture

Build the full buying journey—not only a product grid.

An e-commerce project needs merchandising, discovery, product detail, checkout, operations and measurement to work as one system.

Catalogue & merchandising

Plan categories, collections, filters, search, product variants and content that helps people choose.

Product detail experience

Structure images, specifications, FAQs, related items, availability and trust information around purchase decisions.

Checkout & payments

Configure the checkout flow, payment providers, tax/shipping logic and transactional messaging appropriate to the business.

Operations

Connect inventory, orders, fulfilment, notifications and customer-service workflows where required.

Growth stack

Prepare analytics, pixels, feeds, email/CRM touchpoints and campaign landing experiences.

Optimization

Use behaviour and conversion data to improve navigation, product pages and checkout over time.

Platforms & integrations

Choose the right commerce foundation.

Platform choice depends on catalogue size, operational complexity, content needs, integrations, ownership preferences and budget.

ShopifyFast operational setup with a strong app ecosystem and manageable storefront workflows.
WooCommerceUseful where WordPress content and commerce need to live closely together.
Custom commerceFor specialised catalogues, B2B workflows or integrations that do not fit a standard storefront model.
Payment integrationsProvider selection and integration based on the operating market and technical requirements.
Shipping & fulfilmentCarrier, pickup, delivery-zone or custom order-routing workflows where required.
Analytics & CRMTrack product discovery, checkout behaviour, purchases and post-purchase customer data.
E-commerce FAQ

Questions we clarify early.

Strong commerce projects are operational projects as much as design projects.

Can you migrate an existing store?

Yes. Migration planning can include products, customers, orders, redirects, content and integrations, depending on platform access and scope.

Can you handle hundreds or thousands of products?

Yes, but data quality and product structure become major parts of the project. We normally define import templates, taxonomy and validation rules before migration.

Do you support B2B e-commerce?

We can scope account-based pricing, enquiry/quote workflows, customer-specific catalogues or other B2B requirements when the selected platform supports them.

Is SEO included?

Technical and on-page foundations can be included. Ongoing category/content SEO and authority building are separate growth activities.

Build a store that is easier to buy from.

Tell us what you sell, catalogue size, target markets, current platform and the operational systems that must connect.
